Scheme of the line

This line is intended for production of 4 small PVC pipes at the same time.

Main Technical Parameters:

• Special design of die and screw for better plasticization effect and mixing material.
• One mould extrude 4 pipes, a production line produces 4 pipes at the same time in high efficiency.
• Every part of the production line has separate control, such as vacuum, haul-off, cutting and stacking, which are independent from each other, and it is easy in operation.
• With fast linear speed up to 18 m/min for each strand. For example, for pipe Ø16×1.5 its common speed is up to 60-70 m/min.
• Stable haul-off unit of the belt type hauling pipes without deformation and jerks.
• Unique cutting structure, small size, fast cutting speed, smooth incision, no need of secondary processing.
• Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and 10" color touchscreen.
• Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
• Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.
• Contactor, breaker - SIEMENS, Germany.
