Scheme of the line

This line is intended for production of multilayer pipes from PE/PERT/PPR/PEX/PB with an outer oxygen barrier layer EVOH.

• It's applicable for PE (PERT/PPR/PEX/PB) AD/EVOH production.
• Base on customer's different requirement on output, Liansu equipped the machine with tanks of different-length for customers' economical and effective input.
• Special tree-layer extrusion mould. The separate applying of the EVOH layer in a separate passing die for pipes with larger diameter.
• The line is equipped with a vacuum auto feeding unit with a dryer for the main extruder and stainless hoppers for adhesive and EVOH.
• Co-extruder for the color strip.
• Belt type haul-off unit for small pipes.
• Full-automation swarfless cutting unit, featured with speedy ＆ smoothly cutting, no swarf produced.
• Double station winder with a tension control, winding displacement unit, pressing part, clamping part and transitional clutch.
• Main motor - Hengli or Siemens.
• Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and color touchscreen.
• Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
• Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.
• Contactor, breaker - SIEMENS, Germany.
