This line is intended for production of PE Corrugated Cable Duct 

Main Technical Parameters:

• Separate type mixing head screw structure makes better plasticization and mixing effect.
• Rotating spiral calibrator with ability to change the inter-track distance.
• Internal pipe inner wall is silicon layer co-extruded, so anti-electromagnetic interference for this pipe is available.
• External pipe single-wall spiral structure makes the pipe higher anti-bending and compression resistance strength.
• Several small pipes (up to 5) is including inside a big pipe, and every communication cable is separated, so the cables is independently from each other.
• Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and color touchscreen.
• Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
• Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.
• Contactor, breaker - SIEMENS, Germany.
