This line is intended for production of PE Permeable Film.

• Precise extrusion pressure closed-loop control system, keeps the extrusion capacity constant.
• High quality automatic alloy die head, with online automatic thickness gauge, makes the film even thickness.
• Cross spiral flow channel design of casting roller makes the surface temperature tolerance less.
• Independent oscillating system, frequency variable speed regulating, adjustable regulating range.
• Full-automation double-station winder, gap/friction winding mode is freely adjustable.
• Closed-loop tension adjusting system, conical degree of winding tension is adjustable.
  
• Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and color touchscreen.
• Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
• Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.
• Contactor, breaker - SIEMENS, Germany.
