This line is intended for production of multi-layer casting film.

Main Technical Parameters:

• Automatic die and multi-layer distributor make adjustment of tolerance easier.
• Features of casting roller: high in precision, low in maintenance cost.
• Option of long-term filter system from JUNJIA.
• High-performance corona system.
• Increase a swing span of ±50 mm to improve the winding quality.
• Double-station winding machine. Max winding diameter is up to 1000 mm.
• Closed-loop adjustment of winding tension and multi-step tension taper setting is available.
  
• Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and color touchscreen.
• Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
• Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.
• Contactor, breaker - SIEMENS, Germany.
